A special way of preparing mulled wine by the Glass Group of FAU

Dr. Rita Cicconi and M.Sc. David Dobesh, as well as student assistant Nadja Vo are members of Project G Formulation and Crystallization of Perovskite Bearing Glass-Ceramics for Light Management.

Together with the Glass Group of the Institute of Glass and Ceramics (FAU) they showed a very special way of preparing mulled wine. Mulled Wine is a traditional hot, spiced wine served at Christmas markets in Europe.
