Congratulations to Prof. Dr. Kyle G. Webber who received his official certificate as W3 professor yesterday. With immediate effect, he takes over as head of the Chair of Glass and Ceramics.
Since the retirement of his predecessor Prof. Dr. Peter Greil, he had already acted as provisional head of the chair.
Prof. Webber is director of the IRTG and supervises the projects F – Room Temperature Aerosol Deposition of Lead-Free Ferroelectric Films for Energy Conversion Systems and H – Stress Modulated Electromechanical Coupling of Lead-Free Ferroelectrics.
